Return and Refund
Our return and refund policy lasts 15 days. We want you to feel comfortable and confident when shopping at zenvistaa.com, that’s why we offer a 15-day return policy. If there’s any quality issue with your purchase, please contact our customer service. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for other personal reasons, you can contact us within 15 days of receiving your order, and you will receive a refund (minus service fees) for items returned in their original condition. Please note that we can only issue the refund after we have received the returned items. If 15 days have gone since you have received the product, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Return Conditions
1. All items must be returned in their original condition, without scratches or signs of wear, and must not be resized or altered in any way. Items are treated as used if the sealing sticker on the packaging inside the shipping box is removed or tempered with. 2. The time frame for return must not exceed 15 days from when the original parcel was received. 3. Items returned without authorization will not be accepted. 4. When returning or exchanging items, customers must use a shipping method that has tracking information. Returns without tracking will not be processed. 5. For return, any promotional gifts received must be included with the returned items. Otherwise, the retail price of the promotional gift will be deducted from the refund.
Non-Refundable Items
1. Final Sale items are not eligible for refund, exchange or resize. 2. Items without item tags or that have been worn, damaged or altered are not refundable, and will be returned to the customer at their expense. 3. Items that were worn, or sent to you as replacement or exchange are not refundable.
Refunds
Returns will be processed within 5 business days upon receiving your parcel. The refund will be issued to your original payment method account.
Please contact us before returning the product in order to get a return address and authorization.
Please do not send your return to the shipping address on your parcel. That is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return. We will provide shipping instructions and return address once you submit your return request. In some cases, we may offer you other solutions without sending the product back. The email address associated with your account or your purchase. Exchanges We only replace products if they are defective or damaged. Please Note
* The shipping rate before discount will apply and are non-refundable. Although you may have enjoyed free or undervalued shipping, we do incur the original cost of shipping for every order. Therefore, we do not refund our original shipping cost.
